I can't believe you have been gone a whole year Nan, I love you and miss you so much. I really love the idea of a candle burning each day for you, so am lighting a vigil candle today to mark not only this anniversary, but every day moving forward whilst others are fighting dementia and The Snowy Appeal keeps fighting on your behalf.
