I can't believe you have been gone a whole year Nan, I love you and miss you so much. I really love the idea of a candle burning each day for you, so am lighting a vigil candle today to mark not only this anniversary, but every day moving forward whilst others are fighting dementia and The Snowy Appeal keeps fighting on your behalf. Love you Nan xx
